Equipped with an integrated RC2 quick release cam lock and a 200PL-14 Quick Release Plate, it ensures swift attachment and detachment. The cam lock's spring-loaded lever facilitates easy removal and reattachment of compatible quick release plates like the 200PL-14, while its safety catch prevents accidental disconnection.
For devices compatible with a 1/4"-20 mount, such as cameras, sport optics, or camcorders, connection to the quick release plate precedes securing it to the pan-and-tilt head. Offering versatile movement options, the head rotates 360 degrees, tilts 90 degrees forwards or 30 degrees backwards, and sideways 90 degrees for portrait orientation. Each movement operates independently, with dedicated control handles that can be locked into place. The rubberized grip handles facilitate comfortable handling, and for convenience, the telescoping control handles for tilt functions can be retracted during storage or transport.
Facilitating precise positioning, the head includes an angle scale for rotational movements and control knobs beneath the telescoping handles for tension adjustment during tilt movements. This ensures swift and repeatable adjustments for optimal device placement.
