14-Day Lowest Price Guarantee
All purchases at McBain Camera carry a 14-Day Lowest Price Guarantee. If you show us a competitor's ad which is lower than our price we will match it. We match any full service "bricks and mortar" store within Canada, we are not obligated to match "online only" deals or US store prices. The store we are matching must accept the method of payment you intend use (eg. if you are paying by American Express, the company we are matching must accept American Express as well). If the competitor is adding a shipping charge to the price, we will add a similar charge to our price.

Returns and Exchanges
McBain Camera has a 7 day refund or 14 day exchange policy. All merchandise must be returned in original boxing and packages to be elligable for the 7 day refund. Product not returned in new condition may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Shipping, freight, and insurance charges will not be refunded, unless the return is a result of our error.

Discrepencies
Although we strive keep the web site 100% accurate, it is inevitable that errors will occur. In the event of a error, we reserve the right to correct them. Some product may be limited to on hand product only. Our prices listed on the site are in $CDN and do not include taxes or shipping charges.
