It is milled from a single block of aluminum for its durability and strength. The L-bracket allows you to mount your camera in a horizontal or vertical mode into a compatible Arca-type clamp or head. At the same time, the L-bracket mounts into a Peak Design's Capture v3 mount. The bracket's anti-twist locator tabs hug the sides of the body to prevent the camera from moving while mounted to the base.
